Abstract: Human resources are strategic assets that determine an organization's success in achieving its goals. Among the various factors influencing organizational performance, recruitment and work motivation are often cited as two key variables closely related to employee productivity.
Objective: The purpose of this article is to conceptually examine how an effective recruitment process and a high level of work motivation can contribute to increased employee productivity.
Methodology: This article was compiled through a literature review approach (library research) by examining various sources in the form of human resource management textbooks, scientific journals, and relevant previous research results.
Research Results: The results of the study indicate that systematic, transparent, and competency-based recruitment tends to produce employees who are better suited to the organization's needs, thus positively impacting work productivity. Furthermore, work motivation derived from both internal and external factors has been shown to boost employee enthusiasm, commitment, and work efficiency. This study concludes that the combination of good recruitment and high work motivation plays a complementary role in creating optimal work productivity. The implications of this study emphasize the importance of organizations designing objective recruitment systems and implementing sustainable motivation strategies.
