Abstract: This research also opens the door for further quantitative data-based studies to examine the relationships between variables in greater depth.
Objective: This study aims to examine the influence of unique resources, leadership, and efficiency on improving organizational performance, considering the mediating role of work motivation and the moderating role of age.
Method: This study used a systematic literature review approach to ten selected academic articles relevant to the research theme. Data were analyzed using thematic content techniques and presented in narrative form, tables, and citations from the original sources.
Results: The results indicate that unique resources, strategic leadership, and efficiency have a positive relationship with organizational performance. Work motivation proved to be a significant mediator in strengthening this relationship. Meanwhile, age, as a moderating variable, showed variations in influence based on work generational groups. These findings provide an important contribution to the development of human resource management theory and more contextual and adaptive organizational practices.
