Abstrak

Objective : This study aims to analyze the influence of waiter performance on customer satisfaction at Whistel SMK Wirasaba Karawang.

 

Methods : The research was conducted using a quantitative descriptive correlational approach with a sample size of 65 respondents determined using the Slovin formula. The research instrument was a questionnaire with a five-point Likert scale, which was previously tested for validity and reliability. Data were analyzed using Pearson correlation analysis and the coefficient of determination.

 

Research results : The results of the study indicate that waiter performance has a positive and significant impact on customer satisfaction. The indicators that contributed most were friendliness, speed of service, and communication skills. This study recommends increased training and skills development for waiters to improve service quality.
