Abstract : According to the Public Relations team at Krista Exhibitions, the most effective promotional media today is online media, especially platforms such as Instagram and TikTok. Through creative content such as short videos, attractive photos, and interactive stories, promotions become more interesting and easily accepted by the audience.
Objective : This study aims to identify the most successful promotional elements in attracting visitors to the 2025 Jogja International Food Expo.
Methods : This study applies a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. The data analysis technique applied in this study is qualitative document analysis, which is a method for analyzing data taken from various official reports such as annual reports, activity reports, and policy documents related to promotional media that attract visitors. The most effective promotional media today is online media, especially Instagram and TikTok.
Research results : This study concludes that the success of the 2025 Jogja International Food Expo is influenced by the right promotional strategy, with online media, especially Instagram and TikTok, as the most effective elements. Through creative and interactive content, social media has proven to be able to attract visitors and increase the competitiveness of events.
